Shipping

All deliveries are made by the parcel services: DHL or Fedex. If you are outside the EU, we will ship with UPS. 

The purchase contract is concluded with Kappstein's fulfilment of the contract, i.e. it is not legally binding until the goods have been handed over in accordance with the delivery certificate. In case of internet orders you will be informed about the receipt of your order by e-mail.

All parcels are insured in transit up to the amount of €520,00. Please check the package for external damage immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported to the transport company within 24 hours. There you will receive a confirmation of your report which you should send back to us together with the original package and a copy of the invoice. Please contact us before shipping your item to us.

Shipping costs in EU countries are calculated using country-specific VAT.
